At Tropire, we value our customers and will do everything we can to ensure that you have a positive experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Tropire:
- Return Period: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Please make sure that the product is in new, unopened condition with all of the original packaging.
- Tropire reserves the right to decline any refund if the product received is damaged or has missing accessories. Please note that a restocking fee (20% of the purchase price) will be applied per item returned.
- A refund will be processed by Tropire as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than 14 days starting from the receipt of the product by us.
- The Customer is solely responsible for any shipping fees, custom duties and miscellaneous taxes for the return of a Product transported outside the Customer’s country of domicile.
- This refund policy does not include accessories, such as adapters and air stands.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error. Shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. The shipping fee is about 45-65 US dollars, the exact amount depends on the specific country.
Please ensure that the product is intact and unopened. If it is not a quality problem that affects the second sale, no refund will be given. Tropire reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the product received is damaged or missing any accessories, materials or other original components.
International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
